What paperwork do I need to complete?
On the first day of your membership you will be taking the first step to looking, feeling and performing your best. We trust you will enjoy training with us and through working together with our professional and enthusiastic staff we can achieve your health and fitness goals and get you looking and feeling fantastic. This page gives you some information about the service that we provide, procedures to get started, opening hours and contact details. What paperwork do I need to complete?
At Executive Conditioning we spend approximately one half-hour with you for the initial consultation, at which time we get you to complete a pre-exercise medical history questionnaire and discuss your goals. You may wish to bring any medical records pertaining to injuries or health conditions that might impact on your training program. If you see any health professionals on a regular basis bring their contact details with you.top
Our programs are designed to help you achieve your personal goals. However, no two bodies are the same. This is why, prior to writing a program, we complete a functional assessment of you. This gives us information on your individual fitness level, flexibility, and any strengths or weaknesses you may have. The information we gain from this session allows us to deliver you with a program that is both safe, and of optimal benefit for you personally. For example, whilst achieving your goals, we can improve on other weaknesses you may have (such as posture) by choosing exercises that are more appropriate for your body. In this session, we may also take standard measurements including circumferences, and body weight if they are required to accurately track your progress.top
Wear what you feel comfortable in. We only ask that you be aware of others. Also we require that a top and shoes be worn at all times. Most people wear shorts or tights and a T-shirt. We do recommend that you wear quality footwear that has been fitted to meet your individual needs.top
We suggest that you bring a bath size towel. Cold filtered water (and cups) is available – feel free to bring along a water bottle if you prefer. Please note: Due to the environment of fitness clubs we require that people be considerate of others. Wear deodorant, wash exercise gear and if required take a shower before your workout.top
If something hurts during or following a session, what should I do?
You should immediately let your trainer or a member of staff know so that they can provide first aid (if required) and make the necessary adjustments to your program if needed.top
All members are required to sign their names in at the register on the front desk prior to entering the gym.top

As dedicated fitness professionals we truly believe that our most valuable asset is you, the member. Our aim is to help you achieve your fitness goals through exceptional service offered by our staff.
We do however need commitments from you. If you follow our directions and stick with your training routine for 12 weeks we can show you your true capabilities.
