Executive Conditioning is a result of 20 years experience in the Health and Fitness Business.

Executive Conditioning holds a unique position in the marketplace with its Principle David R Blundell aligned with International Health and Fitness providers, presenters and instructors.

Born in Sydney Australia David R Blundell is a Professional Personal Trainer who has spent the last 20 years assisting clients by providing personal instruction and researching the latest information on exercise, nutrition and illness prevention measures to reach their individual health goals.

David knows what works and what doesn’t, what is safe, what to avoid and what questions to ask to get to the facts. After all these years in the health and fitness business his passion lies with encouraging and coaching people around the world to take control and responsibility for their own health through providing education and continued support.

At Executive Conditioning we have trained world class athletes, managing directors of multi-national companies, school children, elderly men and women, rehabilitation patients as well as the regular person walking in to the gym off the street.

Executive Conditioning Headquarters is based in the Warringah Corporate Centre at the Frenchs Forest Corporate Business Park in Sydney, where we operate a club servicing companies in the corporate park as well as residents in the surrounding area.
